I present to you 15 tracks about the world around us and my personal point of view existing within it!

My first full album of instrumentals is a mixture of oddities. I have some techno / dance tracks, a few ethereal / spacey tracks, a song with Indian percussion in 7/4 time signature and a ball of noise at the end.

I do have a common theme with this album - us humans and the world we live in. As much of a pain as having a meat body can be, the experiences this world can potentially offer us are immense! I have learned so much in my time on this planet and look forward to every scrap of life experience I can have. From the Middle-Earth-like "Earth" to the waking dream of "Somnambulation," all of our time spent on this blue-green ball should be searching for new and wondrous experiences!

What is wonderful about the SheedyJaye project is that I get to experiment more with sound than I do with my pop music. I love both for different reasons, but I am more willing to utilize sounds that are more unconventional and sound more unstable with this nom de plume than the Katie Benoit one.

The title "Calling All Stations" has less to do with radio broadcast than it is an analogy for calling the corners in Wicca. Also in certain Christian faiths, the combination of Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost are sometimes called "Stations." I simply combined all of those concepts for the title of the album.
