The "Starbelle" EP was originally released back in 2007 under the music name of Katie Turner. I've always wanted to experiment with sound as far back as I can remember. That's part of the reason why I do both vocal and instrumental music. But it's not just instrumental music; it's experimenting with audio and sound in general.

"Starbelle" was a lot less experimental before I went to remaster it. Unfortunately, due to the use of some uncleared samples, I did have to go in and change things in the remaster, but I think it actually sounds better for it. There is a lot to take in within these 9 tracks: everything from simple noise to outright house music to a track literally called "Cacophony." I've wanted to get this out there a second time ever since I've started putting music out again. I'm thankful that it's finally out "in the wild."

The song "Water" is dedicated to the memory of Gina Alpi, a friend of mine who passed away as I had been working on the original version of this. I was thankful to know her, even if we did butt heads in real life. She lived her life as she wanted to and didn't take any crap from anyone. I hope wherever you are, you are free of pain.

I've also included a bonus track "Echoes," which combines the few vocals from "Cacophony" and "Stars" together.
